1、不充電
故(gu)障現(xian)象:電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)叉車發(fa)動(dong)機正常工作時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈亮或電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)負值方向(xiang),說明發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機不發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池不充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

2、電動叉車充電電壓(ya)過低
故(gu)障(zhang)現象:發動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作過程(cheng)中,充(chong)電(dian)指示燈閃爍或(huo)電(dian)流(liu)表在零(ling)位(wei)左(zuo)右擺動(dong),使用萬(wan)用表的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)檔測量(liang)蓄(xu)電(dian)池或(huo)發電(dian)機(ji)兩端的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)值,如低于標準值,則表明(ming)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)過低。
故障原因:調節器工作電壓失(shi)調或有(you)故障,傳動(dong)帶過松(song),發(fa)電機內部定子、整(zheng)流器、轉子等部件(jian)有(you)故障。
3、充電電壓過高
